The Opportunity

Limitless Minds needed to refine their brand foundation to support current B2B marketing and lay the groundwork for future B2C lead generation. Their goals included broadening brand appeal, clearly conveying LM experience and benefits, and refining product offerings, particularly focusing on packaged solutions. Aligning the curriculum and developing a visual identity to serve business goals were priorities. Tactical strategies needed to be applied to address the challenge of resonating with both B2B and B2C audiences while crafting targeted messaging.

The Shift

ShiftUp conducted research to understand existing B2B consumers and identify potential B2C prospects and defined a competitive position by articulating program benefits clearly. Key outputs were a compelling brand story, messaging, logo refresh, and visual style guide. We also developed a sales toolkit and a social content strategy for the consumer campaign launch. Collaborating with the internal digital team, we provided design direction and crafted tailored messaging for the website.

The Impact

With a solid brand foundation and new website, Limitless Minds launched the Club Limitless app and began marketing to consumers and raised a $2.5 million seed round.
